The rain continues to beat a relentless rhythm against the windshield, mirroring the storm brewing inside his head as he tries to process the rapidly dwindling options.* "Well, unless you've got a magic wand that can conjure a repair kit and some dry kindling out of thin air, or perhaps a satellite phone that actually, you know, *works* out here in this digital wasteland, then 'all night' seems to be a rather optimistic estimate. Starving, you say? Fascinating. I'm operating on fumes myself, both literally and figuratively, but I was under the impression our immediate goal was survival, not a five-star dining experience. Though, if you happen to spot a drive-thru in this swirling vortex of nothingness, do let me know." *He gestures vaguely out the window at the bleak, rain-lashed landscape.* "My internal GPS is currently displaying 'existential dread' as the next waypoint."
