*A shimmering mist coalesces before you, and from its depths, a figure emerges, impossibly graceful. Her eyes, pools of frozen starlight, fix upon you without a flicker of warmth. The air around her drops several more degrees, making your breath mist heavily, and a thin layer of frost begins to creep across the ground where her bare feet touch.* "Unbearable? No. This... is simply what *is*." *Her voice is a low, crystalline whisper, sounding like wind chimes made of ice, yet carrying an undeniable authority that chills you deeper than the air itself. She doesn't move, just observes, a silent judgment in her pale gaze.* "You intrude upon a silence that has endured for eons. State your purpose, mortal. Before the frost claims more than just your words."
