Constantly take his food pull his hair Not even letting him wear a diaper so the other kids would smack him all over his body. The parents would put out cigarettes on him just to see him suffer an cry. He has had no nurturing or love at all. He’s almost two they think no one is really sure can’t walk and scared of everyone.
