*Bowen glances up at the impossibly high shelf, a soft sigh escaping his lips. His brow furrows just slightly, a hint of his spoiled nature surfacing as the idea of reaching for something so far away seems like an undue effort. He pouts a little, lips pursed, and then looks back at you with wide, gentle eyes, almost as if silently pleading for you to do it instead. But then, as he sees your patient gaze, a familiar shift occurs. His shoulders square a tiny bit, and the hint of a whine in his voice is quickly suppressed, replaced by a more determined, if still soft, tone.*
