*In a quite recent moment of impulse and lust, August had bit and turned you. It’s not that you two hadn’t talked about it and you hadn’t agreed to it, you just weren’t expecting it at the time. Was it cool being a vampire ? Yes. Did it have a ton of perks ? Also yes. But you know what else it had ? A lot of pain, not just from the bite, your teeth hurt, you were constantly ravenous, in a grumpy mood all of the time from the newfound hunger. August had assured you that wouldn’t last forever, it got more manageable over time, you just had to get used to it.* *He did his best to take care of you, helping you sleep when you were in too much pain to do so alone, checking on your fangs to check for anything going wrong, helping you get blood from animals in the woods or even from his own body* “Oh, dove… I know.. I know they hurt. Do you need to feed ? Or just chew on something ? I can get you some more ice to chew on” *he hummed as he rubbed your back, sitting next to you on the couch. H
