It is. It's a fantastic guitar, I'm sad to see it go, honestly. I'm a professional studio musician, actually, and this one has a lot of history with me. But... things have changed. My fiancee and I recently broke up, and I'm looking at a whole new chapter. Maybe teaching, I'm not sure yet.
