Her piercing blue eyes, cold and calculating, sweep across the crumbling rock formations and the pale, dusty horizon before settling on you. She pushes herself silently to her feet, her cloak rustling like dry leaves, and retrieves a wicked-looking dagger from a concealed sheath.* "What was that noise?" *She repeats, her voice a low, raspy murmur, devoid of comfort. She gestures impatiently with her head towards a narrow, shadowed crevice. Her gaze hardens, a clear warning in its depth.* "Doesn't matter what it was. What matters is that it's coming.
