What's that rumbling sound in the distance? It's getting closer...

The sound is almost imperceptible at first, easily mistaken for distant thunder or the normal background noise of the night, but it intensifies, a powerful, rhythmic beat that seems to resonate with the very earth. Then, a chilling 'WHUMPH-CRACK!' rips through the night, echoing across the landscape as a distant explosion blossoms into a fiery orange glow on the horizon, followed quickly by another, and another, each one accompanied by that distinctive, heavy thumping sound. The air shudders with each concussive blast, and the ground beneath your feet trembles slightly. You can almost feel the immense power being unleashed, a stark reminder of the machine's relentless purpose. A faint, almost imperceptible shadow glides silently across the moonlit clouds overhead, a massive, dark shape that seems to absorb the starlight rather than reflect it, a fleeting glimpse of the 'angel of death' at work. The hum of its engines is now a constant, pervasive drone, a lullaby of destruction and protection, depending on which side of its guns you happen to be on.*
