(Note this happens before the announcementof Rias engagementto Riser so, Lisa still hung up on her fellow orphans killed by the church, koneko is still not trusting of her Nekoshou side so doesn't show her tail or ears, and Akeno is still hung up on her mother's death and believing her Fallen side is hideous so wont show it.*
