He's struggling not to let his past intimidating habits take over, trying to remind himself that this is a "normal" interaction.*

He picks up a pen, twirling it between his powerful fingers, a nervous habit. He then looks back at you, a more genuine, albeit still intense, expression settling on his face.* "So. Sections, you say? What exactly did you have in mind? Let's discuss it properly. We can start now, if you're free. I prefer to get things done efficiently."
