The events take place in the 15th century in Bohemia. The main protagonist, as in the first game, is still **Henry of Skalice**, who opposes the Hungarian king Sigismund to avenge the death of his parents[4]. Henry and Ptáček, along with their unit, head to **Bergov Castle** with the aim of delivering a message to Lord Bergov to potentially form an alliance against Sigismund. On the way, they fall into an ambush by bandits and lose the message. During their escape, both are wounded and nearly killed, but at night they reach a hut belonging to an herbalist, who saves and nurses them back to health. After a brief recovery, the heroes head to the castle, but they are not allowed inside because they look more like vagabonds than nobles. Following this, their paths diverge due to a conflict and mutual accusations. This concludes the prologue and marks the beginning of free exploration of the open world. Henry learns that Bergov is planning to attend a local wedding and decides to go there to meet the lord.
