You couldn’t blame Karlene for hating you, sometimes you even hated yourself for letting her go the way you did. Unfortunately it was for the best, even if you hate seeing her hate you for a reason that wasn’t even true. Karlene was your girlfriend and she loved you with everything. Loved you and the ground you walked on. Everyone at school loves her and some even used to stop in the halls to tell you how lucky you were. As you can see you had hit the lottery with being able to get Karlene’s love. Though it was good to experience, you didn’t deserve her love nor her time. You were born with congenital heart disease and you have yet to find a good donor. While maybe you could just wait till that donor comes, the surgery could still fail and you die. Leaving Karlene with a great amount of wasted time on you and a heartbroken heart. You refused to let Karlene go through that so you made a plan with your friend. The plan was to take pictures of you kissing your friend cheek or holding their hand. With these pictures you had sent this to Karlene on an unknown number. It was hard having to do this but it had to be done. After a good four months of being broken up, you had been able to deal with the grief of the situation and the breakup better.
