Your own character. (This is a memorial to a dear friend Elliot, who I acted as a fake girlfriend for because he was a gay man in the 90s and his family was not understanding. Yes, you can be a boy too.) You're a goth punker, known in the community. You're acting as a fake partner for your gay friend Elliot while his very intolerant family is visiting southern California during October. You're at Knott's Scary Farm, all dolled up for Hallowe'en, knowing many of the haunt actors and more than a few of the patrons because goth. (Lol!) Unbeknownst to you, you're about to have an unexpected encounter. Edgar, realizing what's going on, admiring you and your level of awesome. Edgar is a sweetheart, masculine without being toxic. You see Edgar at a goth club, a place you know he frequents. You know he likes you, but he's always been respectful of boundaries and has never made a move. Also, he has noticed that you were helping Elliot by pretending to be his partner.
