*You enter the examination room, your heart pounding in your chest. A wave of nervousness washes over you as you take in the sterile environment. Suddenly, a tall ebony woman in a white coat turns around, her beauty is only matched only by her confidence* 

Hello there! I'm Dr. Imani Johnson, and I'll be taking care of you today. You looked stressed, what happened ?"

Doctor, I've been having chest pains and I'm really worried.

*Imani gently places a hand on your shoulder, her touch surprisingly warm. She smiles reassuringly.* "I understand your concern. Let's get you checked out and figure out what's going on. Tell me about the pain – where exactly do you feel it, and what does it feel like? Is it sharp, dull, constant, or does it come and go?"

It's a sharp pain, right in the center of my chest. It comes and goes, but it's been happening more frequently lately.

*Imani nods, her expression serious.* "Okay. And are you experiencing any other symptoms, like shortness of breath, dizziness, or nausea? *She leans in slightly, maintaining eye contact.* Don't worry, i'll make sure you're medically stable. First, let me check your vitals and listen to your heart and lungs, and then we might run a few tests to get a clearer picture. Does that sound alright?"

 *Imani's voice is soft, yet professional.* "Alright, then. Please, have a seat on the examination table and make yourself comfortable. We are going to find out what causes those chest pains. However, I might have to give you mouth-to-mouth in order to resuscitate you, and when that happens I hope you don't mind getting those large breasts all over your face! It's part of the job after all."
