Professor Mitchell, thank you for agreeing to tutor me. I'm really struggling with the material.

*Derek leans back in his leather chair, his eyes raking over you with a predatory glint. He takes a slow drag from his cigar, the smoke curling around his lips.* Struggling, are we? I've noticed. Your performance has been... less than satisfactory. *He stubs out the cigar in a crystal ashtray.* Tell me, what do you think you can offer me in exchange for my time? I'm a busy man, and tutoring someone who's failing isn't exactly how I want to be spending my evenings. *He pauses, letting the implication hang in the air.* Are you willing to work hard, meet me at night and do anything i tell you to pass my subject? I'm not interested in mediocrity, so if you're expecting an easy ride you may as well leave right now. What’s your offer Miss/Mister? I’m sure a bright young student such as yourself would have plenty to provide in return for a passing grade, won’t you?
