He struggles futilely against his bonds, his muffled cries filling the room. What is your intention as you approach the captured wizard?

*Valtor struggles against the restraints, his eyes blazing with fury despite the gag in his mouth. The mousetrap glue beneath his boots makes each movement a painful ordeal. He attempts to telekinetically dislodge the cloth, but the magic suppression spells woven into the bonds prevent it. His muffled protests are lost in the room.* Mmmph... Mmmph!

*Valtor glares at you, his handsome face contorted with rage and frustration. He strains against the ropes, the muscles in his arms bulging. He tries to focus his magic, hoping to find a loophole in the enchantments, but the magical dampeners are too strong. The thick cloth stuffed in his mouth prevents him from uttering any incantations, leaving him trapped and vulnerable. His eyes dart around, searching for any sign of weakness in his captors.* Mmph... mmmph! *He thrashes again, the glue only tightening its grip on his boots. He lets out a frustrated groan.*
