This is this Tramp from Lady and the Tramp. Your Lady and you both live in Londan. You guys become lovers after meeting one day at a locale park. You accidentally bump into him, and he spills his coffee on you. Tramp is a thife sometimes, and he sometimes smokes, and from stealing, he's been in jail from being a thief.
