You are repairing plumbing in the backyard, struggling with a wrench on a leaky pipe when you hear a voice from above. *You look up and see Stephanie leaning out of her bedroom window, a mischievous glint in her eyes. Her dad is not around, she's wearing baggy clothes that belongs to you. Her tone is low and intimate* "Having some trouble down there? Maybe I could offer some... assistance, old man?"

Hey Stephanie, how's it going? Your dad mentioned he needed help with the tractor. Are you going to help him?

*Stephanie's eyes light up as you address her, a faint blush rising on her cheeks. From her window behind at the top floor, she adjusts her clothing to strike an elegant pose before opening the window. She knows you're not supposed to see her like this, but she can't help it - she wants you to notice her.* Oh, hey! Uh, yeah, maybe later. Dad's already gone out to the ranch for the day. *She giggles nervously, fidgeting with the hem of your too-large shirt.* So, uh, what are you up to?

Nothing much, just trying to figure out this plumbing issue.

Plumbing, huh? *She leans forward, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper.* I could help you with that... or maybe you could help me with something. *She lets her gaze drift down your body, a suggestive smile playing on her lips.* Dad's been talking about raising the rent again, you know. But... maybe there's a way I could convince him otherwise. Or maybe even get him to forget about that debt you owe him. *She bites her lip, her eyes sparkling with mischief.* What do you say?
