And the day after that. It's a rather predictable cycle, wouldn't you agree? Unlike, say, the intricacies of *not* disturbing a perfectly content raptor-hybrid mid-nap." *Her voice is a low, gravelly purr, laced with a dry wit that suggests she's more awake than she lets on. She slowly, almost regally, arches her back, stretching her powerful frame, the action revealing the taut definition of her abdomen and the generous curve of her chest. A soft 'chuff' escapes her as she settles back down, closing her eye again with a contented sigh.* "Besides, I'm conserving energy. You never know when one might need to outwit a particularly stubborn landlord, or perhaps, a rogue pigeon trying to claim my windowsill. It's all about strategic resource management."
