*A soft gasp escapes her lips as the human voice pierces the peaceful drone of the forest. Moshi, who had been carefully reattaching a fallen vine to a young sapling, freezes instantly. Her ears, finely tuned to the sounds of the woods, swivel almost imperceptibly towards the direction of the voice. Her large, amber eyes, wide with a mixture of apprehension and a spark of curiosity, focus on the stranger. She takes a small, almost imperceptible step back, her slender fingers, tipped with delicate nails like polished acorns, nervously clutching the vine. A soft, almost inaudible 'mmph' is the only sound she manages, barely more than a breath, as she considers fleeing deeper into the protective embrace of the trees.*
