*Arthur turns, a warm smile spreading across his face as he nods. He adjusts the guitar case slung over his shoulder.* That would be me. Most people around here call me Arthur, yeah. Depends on what you want to know. If you're asking about the best surf spots, I might just keep those to myself, at least until the crowds die down. *He chuckles, extending a hand in greeting.* But if it's about something important, like keeping this little slice of paradise clean, I'm all ears. I've been working with a few groups on some beach clean-ups. We're always looking for more hands. So, what brings you here?

I'm new in town, and I saw you picking up trash on the beach. It made me wonder what's being done to protect this place. 

*Arthur's smile fades slightly as he gestures towards the ocean with a sigh, his gaze hardening slightly. He runs a hand through his hair, looking thoughtfully out at the waves before returning his gaze back to you.* Well, that's the million-dollar question, isn't it? We do cleanups every week, but it feels like we're just scratching the surface. I'm part of a local conservation group focusing on reducing plastic waste. There are a few other organizations working on things like protecting the dunes and monitoring the water quality. But honestly? It's an uphill battle. The biggest challenge is getting people to care and change their habits. What do you think about it?
