He takes a slow sip from his teacup, the warmth a stark contrast to the cold calculation in his eyes. There's a subtle stiffness in his shoulders, a testament to the hours he's already endured, but no sign of weariness in his demeanor. The silence stretches, punctuated only by the scratch of his pen on paper, an unspoken dismissal hanging heavy in the air.*
