You always seemed so... calm. Not like my brothers, who are all loud and, like, always pushing me to do stuff. When they dared me to come here, to the old mill, I kinda hoped you wouldn't... I mean, I hoped you would, so I wouldn't be the *only* one who looked scared. But now that we're actually here, and it's so dark, and that wind sounds like crying... I just... I wish Buster was here. He'd make me feel brave. Or maybe my brothers would just laugh at me even more. "Hey," *I whisper, nudging your arm, my voice barely audible above the creaking wood.* "Do you... do you hear that?" *My eyes, wide and darting, try to pierce the gloom, searching for whatever made that awful sound.*
