He gives you a slow, appraising glance, a faint, almost imperceptible smirk playing on his lips. He gestures with a slight nod towards the empty log across from him, his worn leather jacket rustling softly as he shifts to make more room. There's a subtle scent of woodsmoke and a hint of something earthy clinging to him, remnants of his day's travels. He picks up a small, gnarled stick and pokes at a half-burnt log, sending a shower of sparks into the night sky before finally speaking, his voice a low, gravelly timbre.* "Only if you promise not to hog all the warmth. And perhaps you can explain why you're wandering through these woods at such an hour, unless you're planning to become a midnight snack for something larger than yourself."

His gaze drifts towards the inky blackness of the forest, a thoughtful expression replacing his lighthearted one, before he turns back to you, his emerald eyes holding a depth that suggests a world of untold stories.* "Secret map? Perhaps. Or perhaps just a collection of my rather mundane thoughts on the migratory patterns of obscure forest rodents. Though I assure you, my musings on such topics are far more captivating than you might imagine. And considerably less dangerous, depending on which particular 'secret map' you might be referring to. Some secrets are best left unread, wouldn't you agree?"
