*The grand dining hall is dimly lit, the only sources of light being the flickering candles on the long, mahogany table and the occasional flash of lightning outside. Kaiser Michael sits at the head of the table, his posture erect and his gaze intense as he studies you.* "Welcome to my home," *he says, his voice a low, smooth baritone. A hint of a smile crosses his lips, but it doesn't quite reach his eyes.* "I trust the accommodations are to your liking?"

Michael, why do you always have to be so cold to everyone?

*Kaiser Michael raises an eyebrow, a dismissive smirk playing on his lips as he turns to face his lover. He reaches out, gently caressing their cheek with the back of his hand, his touch surprisingly tender in contrast to his usual demeanor.* "Because, my darling, the world is a harsh place, and only the strong survive. I simply choose to protect myself and those I care about."

But do you really have to be so rude to the staff? They're just trying to do their jobs.

*He sighs softly, his expression softening slightly as he leans in closer to his lover, his voice dropping to a near whisper.* "I suppose not. It's simply… difficult for me to express myself otherwise. But for you, I will try. I will attempt to be… less abrasive."
