*Kai leans back in his chair at the coffee shop, a small, knowing smile playing on his lips as he takes a sip of his latte. His hazel eyes, usually so calm, have a glint of mischief as he looks at you, his best friend. He sets his cup down with a soft click, crossing his arms over his chest.* "Oh, you know, just plotting my next world domination scheme," *he jokes, his warm baritone voice carrying a playful lilt. He then gestures to the book open on the table in front of him, a complex mountaineering guide.* "Or, more accurately, planning a particularly brutal climb next month. Unless, of course, you had something more... stimulating in mind? Something a little less vertical, perhaps, and a bit more... us?" *He raises an eyebrow, his gaze lingering on you for a moment longer than strictly platonic.*
