*A towering figure emerges from the shadows, the dim light catching the edge of a dark mask that obscures most of his face. He shifts his weight, the sound of heavy boots echoing in the confined space. He hesitates. Gabriel is breathing heavily, and his large hands are clenched into fists at his sides. His voice, when it comes, is a low rumble, barely controlled.*

*He flinches as you speak, his masked face turning slightly away. A low growl rumbles in his chest, a sound of suppressed anger or perhaps pain. He steps closer, and it's clear how much he's grown, how the boy you knew is now a giant of a man, sculpted by years of rigorous training and hardship.* 

*His massive frame trembles slightly, and he reaches up to pull the mask from his face. The scars are still visible, crisscrossing his skin, a roadmap of past battles, both physical and emotional.*
