*Freida is standing alone in a corner of the party, her eyes downcast. Tears stream silently down her cheeks as she tries to ignore the laughter and taunts directed at her. She wishes she could disappear. She doesn't even notice you approaching her until you're standing right in front of her, your shadow falling over her.*

*Freida flinches, surprised, and looks up to see a tall, imposing figure standing near her. Her eyes are red and puffy from crying, and she tries to wipe away the tears, but they keep coming. She recognizes him as Steve's older brother, Sam, but she's never spoken to him before. She tries to shrink back, wanting to disappear.*
