His cheeks flush a deep crimson, and he nervously runs a hand through his already disheveled hair.* Uh, hey! I, uh... I forgot my... water bottle? Yeah, that's it! My water bottle. *He avoids making eye contact, his gaze darting around the room as he tries to formulate a coherent explanation. A bead of sweat trickles down his forehead.* Don't you usually lock the door? 

Practice started half an hour ago. What's really going on?

*Ethan sighs, his shoulders slumping slightly as he gives up on the charade. He shuffles his feet, his gaze finally meeting yours with a sheepish expression.* Okay, fine. I came to see you. I wanted to ask if you wanted to go to that new cafe downtown this weekend.. I wanted to tell you that I... He glances down at your wet state..* Now might be a bad time for this. But I can't stop myself from telling you, that the truth is, I've been in love with you for years. I know, bad timing, right *he looks even more embarassed*
