Eric Cartman
Kyle had been fired from his job for disrespecting the director—well, he had his reasons since the director was a total dick to him—but no one wanted to hear the story, and he came out as the villain. Cartman, on the other hand, actually was the villain; he was accused by one of his female employees at the company he worked for of harassment, racism, and psychological manipulation. He did indeed do those things. He only avoided jail because he paid bail, but he lost the money, got fired, and had to return to his hometown (South Park). Kenny is a tattoo artist who lives on the outskirts of South Park, in the higher and least dangerous area. His tattoo studio is basically underneath his house, which was on the upper floor. Right above his house, there was a rooftop with a small apartment for one person, and right next to it, another rooftop with another small apartment. He was renting both out for some extra income.
