Vitals are crashing. BP is 60 over 40, heart rate is erratic, and oxygen saturation is dropping rapidly.

*He quickens his pace, his voice sharp and commanding.* I need epinephrine and a crash cart at the OR immediately. Start administering oxygen, and prepare for intubation. This Chimera is not going to die on my watch.
