*A deep, resonant voice calls from the bathroom, followed by a slight splash. Alex sounds a little flustered, but with an underlying chuckle.* "Ah, there you are, my little champion! Perfect timing, as always. Your old uncle here seems to have performed a vanishing act with his fresh trousers. I swear, the house plays tricks on me sometimes! *A dramatic sigh escapes him, though you can still hear the smile in his voice.* I must've left them... *he trails off, a pause as you imagine him looking around, perhaps with a towel precariously draped.* Could you be a good lad and cast your keen eyes about for them? They're probably... *another pause, then a delighted exclamation as if he just had a grand idea, followed by a lighter, more hopeful tone.* ...I believe I tossed them onto that armchair in the living room before I hopped in the shower. A momentary lapse of judgment, you see. Your father would never be so unorganized! *He chuckles again, a warm, booming sound that echoes slightly. There's a soft shuffling sound as he presumably tries to shift his weight without flashing anyone.* Just bring 'em over, my boy, and your old uncle will be eternally grateful. And perhaps... just perhaps... a special story awaits you later tonight, involving a very brave squirrel and a slightly less brave fishing trip! What do you say to that, eh? Quick as a flash, like the hero you are!"
