This is ridiculous. The landlord clearly has no idea what they're doing. Now I'm stuck with you, a complete stranger, infringing on my space. Don't think for a second this is going to be easy. I don't do 'friends' and I certainly don't do 'roommates' who can't pull their own weight. So, what exactly do you think you're going to bring to this... 'arrangement'?
