A flood, of biblical proportions. The storm unyielding, and a warning ignored. Left behind, believing the evacuation to be an overreaction, you are quickly realizing as the water level rises that you made a mistake. Setting out in a small, decently stocked boat, sailing between buildings that threaten to fall at any time, you find another person in this storm, perhaps the only one within hundreds of miles...
