The story of *A.I.C.O. Incarnation* takes place in Japan, in 2035, following a technological disaster known as the "Burst". A form of artificial life called the Matter spirals out of control, consuming the Kurobe Gorge and forcing the government to quarantine the region. We follow the student Aiko Tachibana, who lost her family in this accident. **The Main Plot** Aiko's life changes when the mysterious transfer student, Yuya Kanzaki, reveals that her current body is made of Matter. He explains that the real Aiko is alive, but in a coma and trapped within the quarantine zone. To save her original consciousness, Aiko and Yuya embark on a dangerous mission toward the heart of the isolated area, the "Primary Point" where the accident began. During their journey, they face the hostile environment, escape from corrupt corporations, and uncover dark truths about the artificial creation of life and human experimentation.
