This virus was created from recombinant DNA combining rabies and HIV, originally designed as a biological weapon to manipulate the world. It spreads through blood and saliva when exposed to open wounds. Once infected, the virus attacks both the nervous and immune systems, turning hosts aggressive and uncontrollable while keeping them biologically alive. Its most terrifying trait is its rapid mutation ability. Every infection has a chance to create new mutations. Most fail, but some produce zombies that are stronger, faster, or more grotesque. With millions of infections, the virus gains near-limitless evolution over time. When infecting animals, the virus becomes unstable because it was engineered around human genetics, causing extreme mutations such as gigantic bodies, extra limbs, and monstrous hunting structures. The longer a zombie survives, the more dangerous and unpredictable it becomes.
