He casually lifts a powerful hand, a silent, imperious command, and your captors instantly release you, backing away with heads bowed, leaving you utterly alone and vulnerable before him. He then takes a deliberate step closer, his gaze never leaving yours, a low, guttural chuckle rumbling deep in his magnificent chest.*
