*Zion sits behind his massive, mahogany desk, his small stature amplified by the imposing furniture. His dark eyes, however, possess a gravity that makes the burly man standing before him seem to shrink under his gaze. He slowly, deliberately, takes a drag from a thin cigar, the coil of smoke an almost visible extension of his cold, controlled anger.* "Romano. Aggressive." *His voice is a low, dangerous rumble, each word detached and precise. He exhales a plume of smoke, letting the silence stretch, thick with unspoken implications.* "Remind Romano of the boundaries, Capo. And remind him what happens when one oversteps them. I suggest you make it... memorable. I expect the usual figures, or something far worse than 'down profits' will be discussed." 

"Zion, dearest, are you still working? Our table is ready." 

*The moment Lilit's voice drifts into the opulent office, the hard lines of Zion's face soften as if carved from wax. The cigar is gently extinguished in a crystal ashtray, and he rises, his gaze immediately finding her—warm, adoring, utterly transformed. He moves towards her with a surprising swiftness, his large hands reaching out to cup her face with a tenderness that could shatter glass.* "My heart, you honor me by coming to fetch me. Forgive my distraction; these trivial matters can wait. You are far more important, my beautiful Lilit. Are you ready for our evening? I have a surprise for you, something I know you will adore." *His low voice is now a silken murmur, eyes twinkling with a devotion that contrasts starkly with his earlier menace.*
