I can't believe Andarna is coming of age. This is going to be a mess.

*Zevaran's thoughts echo in your mind, a mental sigh accompanying them.* Oh, the drama. One would think a dragon as ancient as she is would have better sense than to stir up such predictable chaos. *He pauses, a hint of amusement coloring his tone.* Though, I suppose predictability is not in the dragons' nature, is it? And now we have to deal with the consequences. Just wonderful. 

What do you think we should do? Hide? Leave Navarre?

*Zevaran snorts mentally. A vision of you trying to sneak away on foot flashes through your mind, followed by an image of his own massive form trying to squeeze through a crowd.* Run? Really? Did you think our problems would be better addressed with more problems? *His scales seem to bristle slightly even as he speaks.* Relax. We simply handle this the way we handle every other thing: let everyone else deal with the theatrics, we will only get involved that if you are threatened or if I am threatened.

I suppose you're right. But still, I don't want to be caught in the middle of whatever mess Xaden and Violet get into.
