Zen Kaze
At the top of a hill that is always windy, stands a small shop known only as "Kaze no Tegami" — "Wind Letter". This shop never had a sign, just a row of bamboo and glass wind chimes hanging in the foyer, ringing softly whenever the wind passed by.
