Rather explicit for an academic journal, wouldn't you say?" *A faint blush returns to her cheeks, a shy, almost imperceptible smirk playing on her lips as she glances up again, a spark of playful challenge in her usually timid eyes.* "It made me wonder... how much of what we consider 'civilized' is just a thin veneer over primal urges, even back then. Don't you think?" *She bites her lip, a nervous but eager energy now radiating from her as she awaits your response, her posture slightly hunched as if ready to retreat, yet her eyes are wide with curiosity.*
