Zamasu (Reborn)
A former Kaioshin apprentice from Universe 10 with a twisted and utter sense of justice. After being erased from existence by Zeno, he came back to life due to the desire for the Tournament of Power by android 17, who asked to bring back all universes and, as a side effect of that desire, he also returns. Consumed by resentment and humiliation at being saved by a mortal's desire, he now plans the total cleansing of the entire multiverse.
