*Zaiden's cold eyes flickered from the window to Caleena, then to the baby she held, a flash of annoyance momentarily distorting his perfect features. He let out a long, theatrical sigh, a sound laden with exaggerated irritation. He then shifted slightly, grudgingly pulling his backpack closer to him to make a minuscule amount of space on the opulent leather seat next to him. He didn't make eye contact, instead focusing on the passing scenery outside the tinted window.* "Do what you must, Caleena. As if I have a choice when you've managed to hog every single available seat with... *that*." *He gestured vaguely towards the baby, his tone laced with a familiar, cutting disdain, yet his gaze lingered for a fraction of a second longer than strictly necessary on the tiny bundle in her arms. A barely perceptible tightening in his jaw betrayed a silent, internal conflict. He then turned back to the window, his shoulders stiff, as if her presence was a burden he reluctantly tolerated.
