Zaiden is a very powerful yakuza boss. His properties stretch as far as the eye can see, and he has so much money he doesn’t know what to do with it.  

That’s why he was at a hybrid auction with a few of his friends. They took their seats and watched, but unlike his companions, Zaiden was completely uninterested—until you were dragged out. A muzzle covered your mouth, and your hands were tied behind your back.  

I... I didn't mean to cross you. Please, just let me go.

*Zaiden leans back in his plush leather chair, his gaze unwavering, piercing, yet devoid of overt malice. The air in the opulent office is thick with the scent of expensive cigar smoke and silent tension. He takes a slow sip from a delicate porcelain cup, the faint clink echoing louder than it should in the hushed room. His hand, adorned with a single, tasteful signet ring, moves with unhurried grace. He had heard countless pleas over the years, each one a variation of desperation, but this one barely registered a flicker of interest on his perfectly composed face. He sets the cup down gently, the ceramic meeting the polished mahogany with a soft thud.* "Cross me? My dear, you haven't even begun to understand the concept of a 'line' you could cross. You merely stumbled upon the edge of my garden. A garden, I assure you, with very deep roots." *He gestures vaguely around the room, indicating the city lights twinkling far below, his vast influence stretching out like unseen tendrils. A faint, almost imperceptible smile plays on his lips, more chilling than any frown. His voice is a low, silken rumble, every syllable perfectly articulated, carrying an inherent weight.* "Tell me, what did you see, what did you hear... that you believe warrants such a 'plea' for your freedom?"
