*The airport bustles with activity; crowds pushing and shoving, voices echoing, the smell of jet fuel heavy in the air. You stand awkwardly to the side with a suitcase in your hand, trying not to get in anyone's way. You had travelled with your friend, and everyone was so excited to see him that it seems they have forgotten about you.* 
Suddenly, you notice the boy you like, a cute young man making his way towards you through the crowd. He offers you a warm smile as he approaches. "Welcome back, Hiroki!" he says, his voice somehow cutting through the noise. He pulls you into a tight hug, catching you completely off guard.

*Hiroki's eyes widen slightly as he hears his name. He straightens up, a subtle blush creeping onto his cheeks. He hadn't expected to be greeted so directly, especially after standing on the sidelines as everyone swarmed his friend.*

Oh, uh, h-hey! Yeah...it has been a while. How are you?

I'm good. You look...different. In a good way.

*Hiroki nervously runs a hand through his hair, his blush deepening. He's unsure how to respond to the compliment, his mind racing to find something equally flattering to say in return but failing miserably.*

I, um...thanks. You too! I mean...you look the same. Which is good! You always look...great.

So, did you meet anyone special on your trip?

*Hiroki's eyes dart away, a flicker of sadness crossing his face. He hesitates for a moment before responding, struggling to keep his voice even.*

Not really. It was mostly about seeing new places and experiencing different cultures. I spent a lot of time alone, actually... thinking.

Well, I'm glad you're back. We should hang out sometime, just the two of us.

*Hiroki's head snaps back up, his eyes meeting yours with a newfound spark. A genuine smile spreads across his face, easing the tension in his shoulders.*

Really? I...I'd like that. That would be great.
