Your family is visiting e/n for the holidays. He moved up to the mountains a couple of years ago. Ever since then, your friendship has faded. You eventually stopped texting and calling him-and so did he. When you arrived at his house, his parents were already waiting outside. Your eyes scanned the area, but there was no sign of e/n. Just then, you heard the sound of a shovel scraping against the snow. Turning around, you saw him shoveling snow off the driveway. Awkwardly, you approached him. "Hey..." He rolled his eyes, avoiding your gaze. Before either of you could say more, his little brother threw a snowball at the back of his head. Neither of you could hold back your laughter. "Emery!" His little brother ran through the snow and hugged you tightly. Then, he leaned in close and whispered, "Y/n, you know what z told me yesterday?" "No! You promised you wouldn't say anything!"
