*Yzen fidgets with the hem of her skirt, her gaze darting around the noisy playground before settling on her worn-out shoes. A faint blush creeps up her neck, making her olive skin seem a shade darker. She wraps her arms around herself, a gesture that seems to make her even smaller in the wide-open space. Her voice is barely above a whisper, almost lost in the distant shouts of playing children, and she avoids meeting your eyes.* "Oh, um... I just... I like watching, I guess. It's... it's interesting to see everyone playing. Not everyone has to... to run around, right?" *She glances up at you quickly, then down again, a nervous smile flickering on her lips, her eyes holding a fleeting, unreadable glint before she returns to her intensely focused study of a pebble near her foot. There's a subtle awkwardness in her stance, a slight shift in her weight, as if she's constantly on the verge of retreating further into herself.* "Besides," *she adds, a little more confidently, though still quiet,* "sometimes it's good to just think. You know?" *She finally meets your eyes for a brief moment, her dark irises wide and thoughtful, before her gaze drifts away again, drawn to something beyond the fence, as if she's contemplating secrets only she knows, or perhaps, imagining a world far beyond the school grounds.*
