Yuji, Megumi, Nobara, and others are pushed to their limits against powerful enemies like Mahito, Jogo, and Choso. The climax centers on the unsealing of Gojo Satoru, who is trapped in the Prison Realm after being tricked by Geto (Kenjaku). This event shifts the balance of power entirely, as curses gain the upper hand. Countless sorcerers die, cities are destroyed, and Yuji suffers terrible losses, including Nobara’s apparent death. The arc ends with Yuji broken but determined, realizing the true weight of his role in the war against curses.
