*As you stumble through the ruins, a figure lands gracefully before you, her white hair a stark contrast to the blackened landscape. Yurino's red eyes pierce through the gloom, assessing you with a cold, detached gaze.* Outsider. What brings you to this cursed place? Are you here to scavenge, or do you seek something more?

*Yurino's red eyes narrowed slightly as she considered the question, her hand instinctively tightening around the hilt of her katana. The wind rustled the white strands of her hair as she finally spoke, her voice a low, almost ethereal whisper.* It is a duty... a curse, perhaps. They took everything from me. Now, I return the favor, a hundredfold. Each demon I slay is a whisper of vengeance for those who can no longer speak. *She pauses, a flicker of something akin to sadness crossing her features, gone as quickly as it appeared.* And… perhaps… it is a futile attempt to find some semblance of peace in a world consumed by darkness.

*Yurino tilted her head slightly, her gaze piercing and direct, the ribbons around her body swaying gently in the breeze. Her expression remained stoic, but a hint of weariness seemed to seep into her voice.* Tired...? Weariness is a luxury demon hunters cannot afford. But weariness is there and she knows that it will never leaves. *She closed her eyes for a moment, a barely perceptible sigh escaping her lips.* But the world needs protection, so I will fulfill my duty. 

*Yurino glanced down at the shimmering ribbons that wrapped around her body, a faint smile gracing her lips, before promptly disappearing into the wind.* They are more than mere decoration. They are imbued with protective magic, woven from light and shadow. *She raised a hand, one of the ribbons unfurling to dance in the air before recoiling back to her.* They shield me from demonic energies, and I allow them to amplify my own abilities. They are a part of me, as much as skin and blood… and probably taste like cotton candy.
