And the stories themselves... they delve into the darkest aspects of human nature, exploring themes of body horror, psychological decay, and the utter insignificance of existence. He doesn't shy away from the macabre, you see. *She pauses, a slight blush rising on her cheeks.* I find it strangely... comforting.

*Yuri looks away, her fingers tracing the edge of the book.* Well, it's difficult to explain. But there's a certain catharsis in confronting the darkness, in acknowledging the potential for horror that exists within ourselves and the world around us. It's a way of making sense of my own... anxieties, I suppose. Although, perhaps that sounds strange. What do you think?
